I haven't been here for a while.....LJ is still blocked in China. I'm actually in Japan for a study program so I have access to LJ here.

Japan has been getting some heavy rain, there's also some typhoons in China. I'm kinda worried about my house in Shanghai because the last time it rained too much the garage flooded and water seeped into my house. D:

I really wish LJ could just stop being blocked here in China. I can't do anything with a proxy, I can rarely log-in as well.

So the take down of anonymouse.org has caused me to seek other forms of sneaking back into LJ. Thankfully, this new proxy allows me to log in as well. :)

I went to my uncle's funeral. Lots of weepies although it was annoying how people kept asking me if I was sad. SOMEWHAT SPOILERS FOR ONE PIECE 435
*Random bits of observations.
-I loved this chapter. Oda got the Mugiwaras a new nakama and actually did it in a possible way. Even I was surprised.
-It seems that the Marines can only give good bounties and photos. Not nicknames or drawings. (As shown with Sanji. XD)
-The Shanks/Ace cut was too short for my tastes. And I wanted to see Smoker save Ace's ass. And then proceed to have hot smex with Ace.

Not much, but not surprising since I suck.

I think I was supposed to type something somewhat important but I forgot.

My midterms are over and I guess I did okay. We had a 4-day-weekend after that, 3/4 of which I was dragged to Beijing to. I bought a cool hat, scaf, and pierre cardin gloves so it was good. Along with new inking pens and a smudger.

But on the day we were supposed to leave, my uncle, mom's older brother/only direct blood relative left, died of a heart attack. Can't say I wasn't expecting it though, he smoked and drank a lot. And I hardly had any connection to him so I'm really apathetic about his death.

But now I'm home alone, I'll scan some pics and stuff. Be aware of another post with pictures cause I need your help.

Yeah, not much going on. But my school is haveing a charity fair next week and I decided to sell handmade bookmarks, but I'll only get 30% of the income so that's about 30 mao or Chinese cents. ^^; I need a few ideas and a source of tarot cards. And if you have another method of making pieces of paper stiffer like bookmarks beside laminating them please tell me.

For those of you who don't know, this week is National Holiday. The time when a few decades ago, the People's Republic Of China was established. Now for whiny teen ramblings.

I get a week off of school for this. Woot. But I had school yesterday on SATURDAY and I'm gonna have school next Sunday. *sigh* Plus, I got Chinese and English homework. What. Damn, back in the jolly ol' USA, school on weekends and homework over breaks were taboo. Seriously, or that may just be because we're lazy bastards and the teachers don't want work on holidays either. XD

My Chinese is easy, just write at least 5 sentences in your holiday diary about what you did. Simple as mooncake. (Cause I dun like pie that much lol.) But for my English I got a book summary, and I'm reading "The Tale of Genji". While the book is interesting it's confusing as hell. And I spent more time reading the allusion notes than the actual story. (The story's abridged and there are lots of allusions to poems and shit.)

Plus, my scanner, now arrived in Shanghai, doesn't work. Not the printer, copier, or scanner. I tried to scan something but my eyes were attacked by lots of lines blocking the picture. Will need to look into that and upload shit.

On the plus side, Japanese is really fun! (Even though sensei can't speak English. ^^;)

So yeah. In China. Dad's laptop since Chopper can't adapt to Hell Shanghai. But things will get better and I'll be able to use Chopper and my scanner when it gets here.
